The Administrator of personal data collected via reires.eu will be ReIReS, a Horizon 2020 project funded under grant agreement n° 730895, coordinated by Fondazione per le scienze religiose Giovanni XXIII (Via San Vitale 114, 40125 Bologna IT).

Administrator wishes to collect, store and process your email address via MailChimp (https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/), which offers reliable subscription management system congruent with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, you can read more here), in order to send you periodical information about the project’s development and related initiatives. Mailing will have an expected regular frequency of one email per month or more, dependent on the supply of news, but no more than one email per week.

Your data will be collected, stored and processed in full congruence with GDPR. Administrator will not collect, store, and process other data than your email address, details of your consent, date of consent and IP address of the computer used to give a consent. Your data will be treated with full confidentiality. Your data will never be disclosed to any other third parties and it will be used only for the purpose specified above. Your data will be held only as long as the newsletters are being sent and no longer than necessary.

You will have the right to modify or remove your data at any point in time, for any reason. You will be provided with a summary of your subscription at the end of registration, together with a link for unsubscribing. All further emails will contain a link that will allow for a quick removal from the mailing list. We will delete your data automatically within 3 months after unsubscribing. You have the option to remove or modify your data immediately by contacting the Administrator.

In case of any complaints, you have the right to address them to an adequate supervisory institution.
